Our art department will review your logo and design and work with you to make sure it prints great. If you would like us to design your personalized pack, just contact us at arthelp@gelway.com.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Most products print in one color only (black or white). Multi-colored logos will be converted to either black or white as chosen on the selection page for printing and white backgrounds in logo files will be converted to a clear background for printing. Logos will only display as uploaded and not necessarily as they will be printed.

Cloth-Backed products can print in 1, 2, 3-color or full color. For 1-color, 2-color and 3-color, we will reach out to you to confirm what colors you wish to use.

Logos must be in the following formats to use in the product customizer. jpg, jpeg, pdf, and png. If our site will not accept your logo, please email a high resolution copy of your logo to (email address here) with “logo for website” in the subject line and we will do our best to send it back in a format that can be uploaded.

If you do not have a logo, we have 4 options available that you can find in the Designs folder in the Product Customizer. You can also print with text only and no logo.

You will receive a proof prior to printing. We will also contact you if the logo uploaded is not high enough resolution for printing.

If you do not see a photo of a gel pack in the product customizer, switch web browsers. Internet Explorer often does not work well with the site.
