Gelway does not knowingly solicit or collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will remove the data to the extent required by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). If you believe that we might have any information from a child under 13, please contact us. California residents under the age of eighteen (18) who have used our site or social media and who posted content or information can request it be removed by contacting us and detailing where the content or information is posted and attesting that you posted it. We will make a reasonable, good faith effort to remove the post from public view or anonymize it so the minor cannot be individually identified to the extent required by applicable law.
