Ordering
What happens after we place our order?
You will receive an email proof with your artwork and/or logo laid out for approval. As soon as you approve, we will begin the printing and shipping process.
What type of artwork file do you require?
Black and white is preferred no matter what print color you have chosen, otherwise upload your artwork (.jpeg, .png or .pdf) and we will convert it to what we need at an additional charge. If you have a true vector file (.ai or .eps), please email that to (insert email here) along with any other version, you may have. Please send the largest file available to ensure your logo prints well.
What if I do not have a custom logo?
We offer four logo options to choose from, or we can print your practice or clinic’s name with text only. The four logo options can be found in the Designs folder in the Product Customizer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have approved the artwork and/or logo, Gelway will ship your order within 48 hours, the fastest turnaround time in the industry.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, several levels of volume discounts are available, empowering medical practices with cost-effective solutions. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $35.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Your satisfaction is important to us so please let us know if you have a concern. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
Use and Care
How do I use Gelway products?
To use, simply place the pack in the freezer for cold therapy or the microwave for heated therapy and apply directly to the affected area.
How do I care for Gelway hot/cold packs?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge in water or machine wash.
